This is what you come to Oceanside for, the Beach. It is long and wide with fine textured sand that is just wonderful to play on. The delicate slope of the beach makes it ideal for both young and old alike. The small children can get in the water without worrying about being knocked over by the waves.

And the more adventuresome can venture a little further out to test their skill on either a boogie board (provided) or surf board. Surfing is a year round activity in Oceanside.

The sunset on the beach is wonderful, and all of this is available within 100 yards of the condo.

The Pier is about a 15 minute walk from the Condo. You can walk to it from the sidewalk or along the beach. It is free and there is always someone at the end of it fishing. Or you can rent your own pole and buy a license and try your luck. There is also a nice restaurant (Ruby's) at the end of the pier available for a unique dining experience.

Surfing is a year round activity. Any time of the year you will find the athletic in the surf, waiting for just the right wave. Looks exciting, doesn't it.

The harbor is another nice diversion and it is only a 15 minute walk. It sits to the North of the condo complex and is easily accessible. There are some nice restaurants, tourist shops, some fast food and day fishing available.

And many of you come for the attractions. We are centrally located to the many Southern California attractions. Time to Attractions: Disney (45 min), Sea World (30 min), Legoland (10 minutes), SanDiego Zoo (40 min), Wildlife Park (40 min), plus many other attractions.
