This is one of two pools at the condo. Notice how they are set in beautifully landscaped settings. There are lounge chairs at poolside so no need to bring your own. There is also a shower available.

Other amenities include Outdoor Hot Tub, Laundry Facilities, Exercise Room, Billiards, Table Tennis, Putting Green, Quiet Walking Areas, Bar-B-Que Facilities, and many spectacular views.

If you have had a hard day on the beach or at an amusement park, try relaxing in the Hot Tub. Your gate key will allow you entrance and you can turn your own bubbles on.

The condo grounds provide an excellent area to take a nice quiet walk. There are many paths that wind through the complex enclosed with fine vegetation. There several ponds and even a couple of little waterfalls.

One of the other great amenities of our complex is the 24 hour a day Security. These people are super and really help us out.

At the beach parking can be a real problem. Not with the condo. Each unit has its own specified, covered, secured, assigned parking space. So you never have to go looking.

There are gas Bar-B-Que's available by both pools for you to use.

How about a relaxing hour of billiards with the family. It is a nice change of pace from you daily activities.
