North Coast Village is a beautifully maintained luxury condo complex right on the long, broad, clean, sandy beach. Oceanside has been listed as one of the best all around yearly beach climates. (Click for Map).

This unit is a light and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with an ocean view from the upstairs deck that has an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. This is our favorite breakfast spot while watching sailboats and surfers and migrating whales in the winter. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, many pillows, a recliner couch, T.V., desk, mirrored closet doors.

The downstairs bedroom has 2 large bunk beds, the lower bunks are double size beds. All towels, blankets and sheets are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, 2 blenders, coffee maker and all the dishes, flatware, etc you could imagine! The Bar-B-Que area is near the pool with an ocean view. New carpet has recently been installed throughout, as well as a new kitchen floor. This is a very clean unit. Also, 2 televisions, VCR, 3 telephones with an answering machine. Local calls only, a calling card is necessary to make charge calls.

The condo complex also has many additional amenities. Some of these include two Swimming Pools, two Jacuzzi, a Weight and Exercise room, three Billiards tables, Table Tennis, a small Golf Putting Green, Laundry Facilities and Covered Parking. Amenities pictures.
