VIEW: North Coast Village is meticulously landscaped for the enjoyment of everyone that comes. From the pictures you get an idea of how beautiful it is, but the pictures do not do it justice. Come see for yourself.
AMENITIES
- Beach - The Beach is the main attraction for the visitors. Oceanside
has a unique beach, it is relatively flat and the sand is very find. This provides
an ideal location for all ages to enjoy the Ocean.
- Swimming Pools - There are two pools. Both pools are located in a
landscaped environment that makes it nice to enjoy. The Main Pool is pictured above.
The second pool is much smaller and is located in the 'A' section of the complex.
- Landscaping - It would be an injustice not to list the Landscaping
among the amenities. It is truly beautiful. There are small ponds and streams,
lush green vegetation, beautiful colorful flowers and several small waterfalls throughout
the complex. Take a walk along any of the numerous pathways and see for yourself.
- Washer/Dryer - There are five coin operated Laundromats located in the
complex for your use.
- Barbecue - There are two common Barbecues available for your use.
They are located above the two pools.
- Billiards - There are three billiard tables available in the recreation
room just across from the HOA office on the bottom floor. Billiard equipment may be
checked out from the security office at the East end of the complex.
- Cable TV - All units have Basic Cable TV.
