LOCATION: This condo is located Beach Front upper cottage in the A
section of the complex. A22 was totally remodeled in January of 2007.
VIEW: From the balcony you have a 180 degree view of the ocean,
beach and pier facing directly west. The balcony wall has extended windows to allow
as wide of an ocean view as possible from the living room, dining area and kitchen.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. This unit comfortably
sleeps six with all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room furnished with a leather Queen size sofa
sleeper, a leather recliner, two arm chairs, a 37 inch LCD flat panel TV with premium
cable (HBO, music & sports), a DVD player and a gas fireplace.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless steel
appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), a coffee maker, pots &
pans, flatware and other items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls
only. A calling card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
seating for 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful King Size bed,
lamps, mirrored closet space, 32 inch LCD flat panel TV with basic cable and the Master
Bath.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has two very nice twin pillowtop
beds with mirrored closet space, TV and basic cable. It is designed as a second
Master Bedroom with a private entrance to the second bathroom.
