LOCATION: This condo is located in North Coast Village which is right on
the beach. It is a Studio unit which means there are not separate bedrooms.
VIEW: It has a Beautiful wide open ocean view of the beach
from the Living area & the Balcony.LIVING AREA: The condo does not
have any bedrooms but it does have a bath, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen
and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four with all required linens, blankets
and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a beautiful sofa and a side chair.
Also a TV/DVD/VCR built into the fireplace. The sofa is also a Queen size
Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a top line stove &
oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and
other items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for your local calls. A calling
card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a beautiful dining table
and chairs that seats four.
- Sleeping Cove - The condo has one Queen size bed in a little alcove off
the living Room, with two night stands and a chest of drawers.
- Second Sleeping Area - The couch is a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
With this arrangement, this unit comfortably sleeps four.
