LOCATION: This condo is a cottage unit at the beach in Oceanside
California. B1 was recently updated and is in beautiful shape.
VIEW: From the Patio is a view of the ocean and beach looking down
the street called Breakwater.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the patio. This unit comfortably sleeps six with all
required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a TV, couch and loveseat. Sorry
fireplace unavailable. The couch is a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling
card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
seating for 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen Size bed with
basic cable TV, Chest of drawers, a large closet and a private bathroom.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a bunkbed and a large closet.
