LOCATION: This condo is located, in one of the high rise units on the
2nd floor (4 floors up) facing West through the condo complex towards the ocean.
VIEW: The view from the balcony is of the lush green garden area
facing west. As you look out over the trees and greenery you will see the ocean just
beyond.LIVING AREA: The condo has one bedroom, one bath, dining area,
living room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four
with all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a TV, a VCR, Stereo, couch &
loveseat and fireplace. The balcony entrance is in the Living Room.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table that
seats four.
- Master Bedroom - The bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed, chest of
drawers, lamps, large closet and cable TV.
- Second Sleeping Area - The living room has a Queen Size Aerobed and two
Twin Size Sleeping Mats. With this arrangement, this unit comfortably sleeps four.
