AREA: This is a two bedroom, two bath condominium featuring recessed lighting,
Berber carpet, and Italian tile throughout. There is a fireplace and separate dining
niche, and the kitchen contains a small breakfast bar and all appliances including
microwave and dishwasher. All linens, dishes, flatware, and kitchen equipment is included.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating,
cable TV and a fireplace. There is also a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a nice dining table and
chairs with bar stools to provide seating for 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a king-size bed,
glass-enclosed tub/shower combination, a large closet with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and a
television with cable TV elevated for viewing while in bed.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom contains two twin size beds,
closet, chest of drawers and a semi-private bath with a tiled shower and skylight. The
