LOCATION: This condo is located as a Penthouse unit facing Northwest
through the condo complex to the beach.
VIEW: The unit is located on the top floor which provides fabulous
ocean and garden views from every room. Looking out from the balcony, you will enjoy
the full view of the grounds and hear the gentle sounds of the waterfall below.LIVING
AREA: The condo has one bedroom, one bath, dining area, living room, fully stocked
kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four with all required linens,
blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating,
cable TV and a fireplace. There is also a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
chairs to seat 4 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful King Size Bed,
closet space, TV, and a chest of drawers. The view from the bedroom is of the
beautiful garden area of the complex.
- Second Sleeping Area - There is also a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the
Living Room. With this arrangement you can comfortably sleep four people.
