LOCATION: This condo is located, on the beach in a cottage unit facing Southwest down the beach in Oceanside California.
VIEW: A Beautiful broad southwest view of the beach, ocean & pier from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Balcony.
LIVING AREA: The
condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen and the
balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps six with all required linens, blankets and
towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a 36 inch TV, VCR, Stereo, couch, two
arm chairs and fireplace. The couch also converts into a Queen Size SofaSleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
chairs to seat 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a King Size bed, chest of
drawers, lamps and cable TV. From the window you have a beautiful view of the ocean,
beach and pier.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a Trundle
bed. Cable TV and closet are also a part of the decor.
