LOCATION: This is a Beach Front cottage unit with a patio on the beach.
The unit is located at the front of the North Coast Village complex in Oceanside
California. Direct beach access is located through the gates on the north and south
of the complex.
VIEW: A Beautiful wide 180 degree view of the beach. You
have a direct west view from the Patio, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The second
bedroom gives you a garden view.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the patio. Our unit comfortably sleeps six with all
required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating and
cable TV.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table, chairs
and chairs at the bar.
- Master Bedroom - The Master Bedroom is has a Queen Size Bed, a Twin
Size Day Bed, a chest of drawers, lamps, closet space and other amenities.
- Second Bedroom - The Second Bedroom has a Bunk Bed with Double Bed on
the bottom, a Twin Bed on top and a separate Twin Bed off to the side allowing 4 to sleep
comfortably away from the living area.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Master Bedroom - Queen Size Bed & Twin Day bed (Sleeps 3)
- Second Bedroom - Bunk Bed with Double Bed on the bottom, a Twin Bed on
top and a separate Twin Bed off to the side (Sleeps 4)
