LOCATION: This condo is located as a Penthouse unit with a Southwest view
down the beach.
VIEW: Beautiful wide view of the beach from the Master Bedroom and
the Living Room. Both have decks for you to sit out on and enjoy.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps six with
all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating,
cable TV and a fireplace. There is also a Queen size Sofa Sleeper. There is a deck
outside the Living Room with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
chairs.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful
King Size bed, lamps, closet space, TV/VCR/DVD and an oversized deck out the balcony door
with the ocean view. The Master Bath is also located upstairs.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has two Full Size beds with closet
space, TV/VCR and chest of drawers.
