LOCATION: This is a Beach Front cottage unit with a patio on the beach.
The unit is located at the front of the North Coast Village complex in Oceanside
California. Direct beach access is located through the gates on the north and south
of the complex.
VIEW: Beautiful wide open view of the ocean from the Patio, Living
Room, and Master Bedroom. There is nothing between you and the ocean.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four to six
individuals. All required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating
(Ethan Allen), Premium Cable TV and a fireplace. The TV also has a DVD-VHS player.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with Kraftmaid cabinets,
Corian countertops, a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots
& pans, flatware and other items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local
calls only. A calling card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table, extra
leaf and chairs to seat 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful King Size bed,
Cable TV, lamps, closet space, and chest of drawers. You have a beautiful oceanview
directly to the west. The Master Bath is also located as a part of the Master
bedroom.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has two very nice twin beds, Cable
TV and closet space.
