LOCATION: This condo is located facing Southwest down the beach. It is
beautifully decorated and has a magnificent view.
VIEW: Beautiful wide view of the beach, ocean & pier from the
Balcony & Living Room. A garden view is available from the Master Bedroom.
LIVING AREA: The condo has one bedroom, one bath, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four with
all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a TV, a VCR, Stereo, couch &
loveseat and fireplace. It also has the additional sleeping area with a wonderful
Queen Size Murphy Bed (bed folds up to the wall) and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. NO PHONE is provided in this unit.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table that
seats four.
- Master Bedroom - The bedroom has a beautiful California King Size bed,
chest of drawers, lamps and cable TV.
- Second Sleeping Area - Living Room has the a wonderful Queen Size
Murphy Bed (bed folds up to the wall).

- Master Bedroom - California King Size Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Living Room - Queen Size Murphy (wall) bed (Sleeps 2). With this
arrangement, this unit comfortably sleeps four.
