LOCATION: This condo is located, on the beach in a cottage unit facing
Southwest down the beach in Oceanside California. D7 was updated in June of 2011.
VIEW: From the Balcony, Living Room & Master Bedroom you have
a full view of the ocean, beach and pier facing southwest. Access to
the sand is immediately adjacent to the unit through the key controlled
security fence.
PARKING: Convenient parking next to the unit entry within
the secured garage. No long walks to arrive at your unit.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the patio opens up on to one of the grassy areas leading
to the beach. This unit comfortably sleeps six with all required linens, blankets
bathing towels
and beach towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a 47 inch LED TV, DVD, couch,
2 oversized armchairs, coffee table, end tables, lamps and
fireplace. The couch is a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, large capacity refrigerator with wine rack, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware,
wine glasses, baking dishes, and other
items needed to survive. No Phone is provided in this unit.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
seating for 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed with
37 inch LCD TV, DVD, Chest of drawers, 2 night stands with drawers, lamps, a
wall mirror, 2 large closets and a private bathroom.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a Queen size and a Twin size
bed, 32 inch LCD TV, DVD and a large closet with a chest of drawers.
