LOCATION: This condo is located, on the beach in a cottage unit facing Southwest down the beach in Oceanside California.   D7 was recently updated in January of 2007.

VIEW: From the Balcony, Living Room & Master Bedroom you have a full view of the ocean, beach and pier facing southwest. 

LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen and the patio opens up on to one of the grassy areas leading to the beach.  This unit comfortably sleeps six with all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a TV, couch, loveseat and fireplace.   The couch is a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other items needed to survive.  A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and seating for 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful King size Pillowtop bed with basic cable TV, Chest of drawers, a large closet and a private bathroom.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a Full size and a Twin size pillow top beds, basic cable TV and a large closet.
