LOCATION: This condo is located, in one of the high rise units on the 1st floor (3 floors up) facing Northwest up the beach with the Marina off to the Northeast. VIEW: There is full Ocean View from the Balcony and the oversized Bedroom window. LIVING AREA: The condo has one bedroom, one bath, a dining area, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four with all required linens, blankets and towels are provided. - Living Room - The living room has a TV, 2 futon couches and a fireplace. - Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is required to make charge calls. - Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table that seats four. - Master Bedroom - The bedroom has a beautiful King Size bed. - Second Sleeping Area - The 2 Full Size Futons in the living room. With this arrangement, this unit comfortably sleeps four with some flexibility.
