LOCATION: This is a Beach Front cottage unit with a patio on the beach.
The unit is located at the front of the North Coast Village complex in Oceanside
California. Direct beach access is located through the gates on the north and south
of the complex.
VIEW: You have a beautiful 180 degree view of the beach from the
Patio, Living Room & Master Bedroom.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining
area, living room, fully stocked kitchen and the patio. Our unit
comfortably sleeps six with all required linens, blankets and towels are
provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with
comfortable seating, sofa sleeper couch and a DUAL RECLINER LOVE SEAT.
You also have one of those comfortable old rocking chairs. On
the wall it has a brand new 46 inch flat screen TV and a fireplace.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is decorated with imported granite
counter tops, fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, wine rack, flatware and other items
needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling
card is required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a pub
style designer high dining table to provide you with a beautiful Ocean View
while dining. Large enough to seat 6.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is has a beautiful California
King Size Pillowtop bed, an entertainment center with TV, a large chest of
drawers, lamps, closet space, and other amenities.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed
and a Twin Size bed and a clothes closet . The living room has a Queen
Size sofa sleeper. With this arrangement, our unit provides sleeping
space to comfortably sleep six.
