LOCATION: This condo is located in one of the high rise units on the 2nd
floor (4 floors up) facing Northwest up the beach towards the Harbor area in Oceanside
California.
VIEW: The unit has a broad view of the beach, ocean &
harbor from the Balcony and Living Room.
LIVING AREA: The condo has one bedroom, one bath, a dining area, a living
room, a fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps four with
all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room has a Large screen HD TV with a Blu-ray
player, Stereo System, and Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table that
seats four.
- Master Bedroom - The bedroom has a beautiful King Size bed with Memory
Foam, chest of drawers, lamps and cable LCD TV.
- Second Sleeping Area - The second bed is a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
With this arrangement, this unit comfortably sleeps four.
