LOCATION: This condo is located, on the beach in a beautiful cottage unit
facing Northwest towards the beach and the harbor area.
VIEW: You have a beautiful view of the beach, ocean & harbor
from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Balcony. You have no roads to cross to get
to the beach.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps six with
all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating,
cable TV, a 32in HDTV and a fireplace. There is also a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
chairs.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a beautiful California King
Size Bed, lamps, closet space, TV/Cable and other amenities.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen Size
Bed. And the Living Room is equipped with a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. With this
arrangement, our unit comfortably sleeps six.
