LOCATION: This condo is located as a Penthouse unit with a Northwest view
towards the beach.
VIEW: Beautiful wide view of the beach from the Master Bedroom.
A garden view of the HOA office and the pools surrounding it from the balcony.
A garden view and ocean view through the complex from the oversized deck just
outside the Master Bedroom.
LIVING AREA: The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, dining area, living
room, fully stocked kitchen and the balcony. Our unit comfortably sleeps six with
all required linens, blankets and towels are provided.
- Living Room - The living room is equipped with comfortable seating,
cable TV and a fireplace. The TV is a Polk Audio System, 36 inch TV with a DVD-VHS player.
There is alos a Queen size SofaSleeper.
- Kitchen - The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots & pans, flatware and other
items needed to survive. A phone is also provided for local calls only. A calling card is
required to make charge calls.
- Dining Area - The dining area is equipped with a dining table and
chairs to seat 6 people.
- Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful
California King Size bed, lamps, closet space, TV/VCR/DVD and an oversized deck out the
balcony door. From the deck you have a very nice view of the garden area, HOA office
and KOI ponds. The Master Bath is also located upstairs.
- Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has two very nice twin beds with
closet space, TV/VCR and chest of drawers.
